1. Acceptance
Activating an affiliate account requires acceptance of these Affiliate Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is stored with the date, time, and the Terms version accepted. The required confirmation is: “I have read and agree to the Emorya Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.”
2. Active and Semi-Active Users
An Active User has at least 90 validated ad views per month (about 3 ads/day × 30 days). A Semi-Active User has at least 50 validated ad views per month. Only validated, eligible ads/impressions count. Premium users are ad-free and do not enter Ad Earnings; they generate a separate Premium Commission.
3. Recurring earnings — first line
Build predictable monthly income that compounds with your network. Choose this option to earn a percentage of the eligible revenue generated by the users you refer, month after month, for as long as they remain eligible and generate revenue within the Emorya Affiliate Program. Your earnings can grow together with your community, giving you the opportunity to build a long-term recurring income stream.
Rates for users you bring directly: Standard Affiliate = 10% of eligible net revenue. Premium Affiliate = 20% of eligible net revenue (2× the Standard recurring rate).

4. One-time earnings — first line
Earn your largest commission upfront on every eligible referral. Choose this option to receive a higher one-time commission for each eligible referral. Once the commission for that user is earned, you will not receive future recurring commissions from that user's activity or revenue. This option is designed for affiliates who prefer higher immediate earnings instead of building recurring monthly income.
Rates: Standard Affiliate = 35% of the eligible base. Premium Affiliate = 50% of the eligible base. Bases follow the calculator values for Ads and Premium by Country Tier / Premium Pricing.

5. Network earnings
You receive 10% of the affiliate earnings generated by people you brought directly, subject to eligibility.
6. Updates
Users, Active Users, Semi-Active Users, Premium Users, Ad Earnings, Premium Earnings, Network Earnings, and Total Earnings are recalculated at least once every 24 hours. The dashboard displays Last Updated with the date and time.
7. Estimates
Earnings shown in the dashboard and calculator are estimates based on current program rates, eligible activity and revenue assumptions. Rates and eligibility criteria may be adjusted over time, upward or downward, to reflect actual revenue and real performance. The calculator is estimative. Actual earnings are calculated only from validated activity and revenue.
8. Earnings status and payments
Pending Earnings are generated in the current month and not yet validated. Validated Earnings have passed validation after month close. Available to Withdraw are validated and eligible for payment. The minimum payout is $50. Payment becomes available 30 days after month close for validated earnings, if the accumulated eligible balance is at least $50. Smaller balances remain accumulated until the threshold is reached.
